Flow Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

We’ll start with a guided meditation and then flow into transformational Reiki-infused sounds to sweep away what is stuck and transport you into a state of flow making space for all that is in perfect alignment with your highest and best good to come to you with greater ease, trust and grace. Invite the sounds to relax your mind, body and soul and raise your frequency & vibration. Enter a meditative state of pure calm, bliss and expansion.
This event is limited to 8 people to allow for a more intimate experience.
WHAT TO BRING
Journal & pen, yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, and water. Keep in mind you will be laying down on the floor for about an hour so bring whatever will make you comfortable. You may also feel called to bring something to cover your eyes to filter out light during the sound bath or special crystals or personal items to assist you on this journey.
Kendra Sheehan, founder of Intune Energy, is passionate about using Sound Healing and Reiki to assist others in their healing journey through the power of life force energy, sound, vibration, and frequency. Kendra is a certified Sound Healer & Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and does one-on-one sound healing and reiki sessions in Barrington as well as group sound baths around various venues in Rhode Island. For the past 20 years, she has also served others through career placement support and the facilitation of leadership and professional development workshops and programs.
