Inner Light : Reiki Infused Sound Bath

Description:
Invite the gentle and healing reiki-infused sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and chimes to harmonize with your inner frequency. Feel the sounds soothing your mind, body, and soul and allow your inner light to shine bright as any stagnant energies wash away with ease and grace.

We will start off the session with some journal prompts to help you reflect on what illuminates your inner light. As we move into the reiki-infused sound bath, allow the transformational sounds to  transport you into a state of flow, making space for all that is in perfect alignment with your highest and best good to come to you with greater ease, trust and grace. 

This event is limited to 8 people to allow for a more intimate experience.

What to Bring:

Journal & pen, yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, and water. You may also feel called to bring something to cover your  eyes to filter out light during the sound bath or special crystals or personal items to assist you on this journey.
